This is the second in a series of demonstration videos that looks at the Stuxnet worm and how it impacts supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA). This segment focuses on a feature built-in to the Windows architecture called Software Restriction Policy, and discusses how this is one effective method of preventing attacks like Stuxnet, and even those that exploit zero-day vulnerabilities, from infecting an industrial control system.
